Marina Sarmiento Feehan, Esq., is an executive coach, career consultant, and personal branding strategist. Marina uses her 15+ years as a practicing attorney to provide insightful, analytical, and strategic coaching for individual attorneys and law firms.

Her success as a career consultant comes from Marina’s first-hand knowledge about the difficulties of a job search, the emotional toll of lay-offs, and the uncertainties of career transitions. When an economic downturn resulted in having her first lawyer job withdrawn two weeks after she took the California Bar, Marina learned how to be resourceful when it came to a job search.

Despite the ominous start to her career, Marina became an in-house attorney and moved on to as acting general counsel for a privately held company. She successfully transitioned from a 7-year career as a litigator to become a transactional IP licensing attorney. The depth and breadth of Marina’s legal experience gives her the understanding and insight to coach and counsel her attorney clients at every stage of their careers.

Marina left the practice of law because she wanted to make a direct impact on the lives of her clients. Through her hands-on work with hundreds of lawyers, Marina created processes and strategies addressing the developmental needs of attorneys. She brings this knowledge to work for you.
